Privacy Notice

Last updated 28 July 2026

This notice covers only this website and the messages people send us through it. It does not describe how a hospital running CleftCare handles patient data, because that data never reaches us. A deployment stores its records on infrastructure the operating organization controls, and that organization is the data controller for it.

What this website collects

Nothing you type. There is no signup form, no account, and no login on this site. The only measurement in place is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile that follows you between sites.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and carries no advertising or social media trackers. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything on arrival.

If you email us

When you write to the contact address, we receive your email address, your name if your mail client sends one, and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it to reply and to discuss whether CleftCare fits your program. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, or taking steps at your request before entering an agreement.

How long correspondence is kept

Enquiry threads are retained for twenty-four months from the last message and then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will. Your address is never added to a mailing list, never used for marketing without a separate opt-in, and never sold or shared with advertisers.

Where it is processed

This site is served by Cloudflare's global network. Email reaches us through a commercial email provider and is read from Vietnam. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, writing to us transfers the contents of your message outside that area.

Patient data never reaches us

Please do not send patient-identifying information by email. A CleftCare deployment keeps clinical records inside the hospital's own environment, and we have no access to it. Nothing about how this website works gives us visibility into any patient record.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be erased, or object to us holding it at all. Send any of these requests to the contact address below and expect a reply within thirty days.

Contact

Write to the address given in the contact section of the home page. If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
